Lodha Residential Tower
Stone façade package for a high-rise residential development in the Mumbai region.
Scope
Podium and typical floor stone cladding with movement joints aligned to structural grid. Coordination with waterproofing, drip edges and window interfaces.
Challenges
Monsoon sequencing, tight floor cycles and hoist sharing with other trades - resolved with night pours of mortar beds where required and buffer days in programme.
